PHARMACY staff at a hospital will be starting their day with a hearty breakfast while helping a good cause.
The workers will today be joining thousands nationwide taking part in Britain's Biggest All Day Breakfast to raise funds for Cancer Research UK the largest independent cancer research organisation in the world.
Staff at The James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, will be tucking in to a tasty breakfast in the pharmacy common room.
Event organiser, pharmacy technician Gill Harrowsmith said: "We decided to host a breakfast at the hospital as it is a fun and tasty way of raising funds and helping cancer research.
"We took part last year and everyone enjoyed their breakfast and we raised £160, which we are hoping to better this year."
