TWO good Samaritans could have vital information about a park mugging.
A 15-year-old boy was beaten up for his bicycle by a gang of youths as he made his way home from visiting his sister at about 9pm on Monday.
He had been making his way through Middlesbrough's Albert Park when he was attacked.
As he came out of the gates near the cenotaph, he was stopped by the youths, one of whom had an Asian accent.
They attacked him and stole his pink and purple Rally Extreme mountain bike.
He was helped home by two girls and later treated at hospital for concussion.
Witnesses are asked to call (01642) 303126.
