MUSICIAN Paul Croft is to give a classical guitar concert to help raise funds to redevelop Witham Hall in Barnard Castle.
The proceeds will help the redevelopment fund to carry out extensions and improvements to the 19th Century building.
Mr Croft performed a sell-out concert at the hall last year to help raise money for the fund and organisers are hoping it will be an equally successful event when he returns to play on April 5.
The guitarist has made more than 3,000 appearances at venues around the country and abroad during his career.
He also helped to launch the Northumberland International Guitar Festival which attracts some of world's finest performers to the region.
In 2001 he moved to Cumbria to teach woodwind.
The concert will be held at 7.30pm and tickets cost £5 and are available by visiting or contacting Witham Hall on (01833) 631107.
