RELIEF PLAN: Pupils at Yarm Preparatory School will be sporting unusual hairstyles for Comic Relief tomorrow. They will also pay 50p for a non-uniform day and are being encouraged to wear red.
CHOCOLATE HEAVEN: Thorntons will tell the history of chocolate and the story behind the company in Maltby Village Hall tomorrow night. Tickets are £1.50, available from Maltby Village Shop.
LENT LUNCHES: Yarm and Eaglescliffe churches will hold Lent lunches at Yarm Methodist Church, from 12.30pm each Thursday during Lent. People taking part are asked to bring food to share.

HISTORY TALK: The Friendly Friday Group will meet in the Methodist Church Hall tomorrow, at 8pm, for an illustrated talk by Malcolm Wilkinson on Victorian Eaglescliffe.
