A FATHER yesterday won freedom for his robber daughter who left home when she became a heroin addict.
Alisha Teal, 20, of Kinross Grove, Hartlepool, was only 17 when she took her father William's car and helped two others in a street robbery.
She failed to obey a probation order and risked prison yesterday when she was re-sentenced for breaching it.
Mr Teal told Teesside Crown Court that she was back home, free of heroin and had a job. He said she never left home without him or his wife.
Teal was ordered to do 150 hours community punishment.
