A STUDENT from the North-East has reached the finals of a national competition.
Christophe Tuck, 22, who is studying business finance at the University of Durham, will have his work displayed with 40 other finalists in the Electoral Commission's Votes Are Power design exhibition, which is touring the UK.
Culminating with an MPs' viewing at Westminster, the exhibition aims to encourage more young people to vote and get involved in the democratic process, particularly with the May local elections approaching.
The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, April 1, in London.
