RESIDENTS protesting at plans for extra bus parking at Richmond School are to attend a site visit.
Four or five people living in the Darlington Road area will represent those concerned that North Yorkshire County Council proposals will create more traffic congestion at peak times.
Spokesman John Barlow said the main concerns were about the proposed access for the 16 bus parking spaces.
There was also a fear that traffic congestion would be increased, particularly if the lower school was moved from Station Road to the Darlington Road site.
Councillors, planners and school representatives will visit the site on April 1.
