ORGAN GRINDERS: Stanley Men's Thursday Club will be given a light-hearted look at organ grinding by Mrs Donaldson at 10.30am next Thursday, in the Lamplight Arts Centre, Stanley.
BIRD SHOW: A falconry display will be held by Derwentside Leisure Services from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, March 29, in the Consett Heritage Park. There will be flying exhibitions at 11.30am and 1.30pm.
GLEEMEN SING: The annual concert of the Annfield Plain Gleemen Male Voice Choice, with guests Mark Luther and Julie Urwin, will be held at 7pm on Saturday, March 29, in the Empire Theatre, Consett.
FLEX DANCE: The Lamplight Arts Centre, Stanley, is presenting the Bits and Pieces Tour of the Flex Dance Company at 1.30pm and 7.30pm next Wednesday. Tickets are £4.
BLANCHLAND WALK: An eight-mile walk over Blanchland Moor will be led by Maurice Holliday at 10am on Friday, March 28, from the main car park in Blanchland.
EASTER PLAY: A playing out session based on Easter will be held by Stanley SureStart from 10am to 11am on Tuesday, April 1, in Burnside Resource Centre.
BLUES NIGHT: Connie Lush and Blues Shouter are appearing at 8pm next Thursday, in the Lamplight Art Centre, Stanley. Tickets are £8.
SQUEEZE BOX: Derwentside Accordion Club will be entertained by David Vernon next Thursday, in Castleside WMC.
RUSSIAN BALLET: The Moscow Ballet is staging Don Quixote at 7.30pm on Monday, March 31, in the Consett Empire. Tickets are £17.
