ALL but one unit at a £2.25m industrial development is now occupied, after the fifth tenant signed up.
Personal Hygiene Services (PHS) signed a lease agreement on unit E, which occupies 5,575sq ft at the Seaham Grange development.
The company, which specialises in services to create a better working environment, will use the unit as a service centre to distribute its products throughout the UK.
Andrew Knight, PHS group property manager, said: "We have been looking for a protected property that could accommodate the company for a long time.
"Seaham Grange provided us with an ideal space, which is not only the perfect size, but is in a prime location - ideally placed on the A19 allowing easy access to the rest of the UK and Europe."
Alex Hutchinson, managing director of Northern Land, said: "We identified a demand in the area for premises that were specifically designed for smaller companies.
"Phase two at Seaham Grange caters for that demand and has proved extremely popular with the business community."
The remaining unit is available by calling 0191-491 5252.
