AN Old Bailey jury in the case of accused double killer Kyu Soo Kim retired briefly to consider its verdicts yesterday.
But just minutes after being sent out by the judge, they were told to go home after a juror complained of feeling unwell.
South Korean Mr Kim, 32, allegedly bound, stripped and killed 21-year-old Hyo Jung Jin without any apparent struggle. He is said to have stuffed the student into a suitcase, which he dumped near York in October 2001.
Surrey University student In Hea Song, 22, disappeared a month later and was found naked in a sealed cupboard in an east London guesthouse in March last year.
Both women had stayed at guesthouses which Mr Kim rented out to tourists.
Mr Kim, who last lived at Eagle Street, went to Canada and was arrested when he returned to Britain on January 7, last year.
The trial began three weeks ago and the jury will resume its deliberations on Monday. Mr Kim denies two charges of murder.
The trial continues.
