Inter Alliance: Thirsk and Northallerton Golf Club hosted the penultimate alliance of the season. With some early morning squalid showers, this did not detract the 82 pairs entered.

With a strong wind making some of the holes difficult to get the right club selection, but this did not put off the eventual winners Paul Pedley and Gary Vickers from Knaresborough Golf Club carding an excellent net 63 some five shots ahead of second place pairing of Howard Dawson and Phil Walker from Bedale, with a back nine score of net 29 including eight net 3's+ one net five take top honours. Yet again the home players failed show that local knowledge can be advantages.
