People in Darlington have been putting the history of their area on the Internet - and there is still time for more memories to be added.
The National Grid for Learning NGfL& is running an online local history trail, inviting people to log on to share their discoveries about Darlington.
The trail is easy to use. Visitors are asked simple questions. They are then guided to a selection of websites to find the answers before moving on to the next stage -going around Darlington researching some history. They are then invited to post their findings on an online national gallery for everyone to view.
Darlington is already represented in the gallery with memories of Polam Hall School.
NGfL content officer Helen Bader said: "Thousands of people from all over the country have been taking part and it is good to see Darlington represented in the gallery."
People who submit contributions to the gallery by April 25 will be entered in a prize draw for a year's family membership to English Heritage, Historic Scotland or Heritage in Wales. Log on to www.ngfl.gov.uk/localhistory to take part.
