Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's cash office, in Belmont House, Guisborough, will open three days a week from next week - on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm.
On Fridays it will open from 9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.45pm.
JAZZ NIGHT: A New Orleans jazz night is to take place at Yarm's Fellowship Hall. Brain Carrick's Heritage Hall Stompers will perform at the event, on Saturday, at 7.30pm. Tickets costing £10 are available on (01642) 888786.
CLAIRVOYANCE EVENING: An evening of clairvoyance is being held at Middlesbrough Spiritualist Church, in Borough Road, Middlesbrough, on Thursday, at 7pm. Tickets cost £3 and are available from the church or by contacting (01642) 318484.
TEA PARTY: The Women's Royal Voluntary Service is holding a Mad Hatters Tea Party on Wednesday, April 9, at 15 Queensway Court, Middlesbrough, from 10am to 2pm. PARTY CELEBRATION: To celebrate the new name of the Training and Enterprise Centre, formerly Hardwick Tomorrow, a party will be held on Thursday, from 10am to 2pm, at the centre, in High Newham Road, Stockton. Entertainment will include a magician, barbecue and face painting.
COFFEE MORNING: Guisborough Salvation Army is holding a coffee morning at its headquarters in Westgate, Guisborough, on Saturday, from 9.30am to 11.30am. There will be stalls selling home-made cakes, gifts and bric a brac.
