A GROWING community association is urging villagers to come up with ideas for the future.
Hunwick Community Association is sending out an open invitation to Thursday's annual meeting.
Builders are developing the centre, near Bishop Auckland, to cater for adult and community learning.
A new computer suite will be used by residents and the primary school and there are plans for extending out-of-hours childcare provision and providing adult classes in yoga, keep fit and computing.
The village will soon have its own website. There is also an active youth group which is planning improved leisure facilities for children as well as hoping to start a youngsters drama group.
The meeting starts at 7pm in the centre, which is next to the school.
