A GROUP of solicitors are giving their time and expertise for free next month.
The lawyers are offering free advice during May to anyone who wants to draw up a will.
Butterwick Hospice, in Stockton, has teamed up with the group and is asking people to make a donation to the charity with the money they save by drawing up a free will.
They are asking for a voluntary donation of £50 for a single will to be made to the hospice at Bishop Auckland, County Durham, or the Butterwick Children's Hospice, Stockton.
They are requesting a £75 donation for a pair of matching wills.
The service is available in Barnard Castle, Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Stockton.
For details of a practice in your area contact Ray Laidler, at the Butterwick fundraising office, on (01642) 624231.
