TOURISM operators across the Hambleton district are being urged to enter an annual award scheme searching for the best that Yorkshire has to offer.
The Yorkshire Tourist Board runs the White Rose Awards to recognise excellence in all fields of tourism, from caravan parks and bed and breakfasts to visitor attractions and websites.
The winners are entered for the national awards for tourism, the Excellence in England awards.
Local people have until the end of this month to enter the awards scheme.
Entry forms and further information can be downloaded from www.yorkshiretouristboard.net
