DETECTIVES hope to interview two victims of a knife incident soon.
The men, aged 28 and 25, suffered severe slash wounds when they were attacked by a knifeman outside Club Etc in Bede Way, Peterlee, County Durham, early on Monday.
Both lost large quantities of blood. The pair, who both live in Peterlee, have undergone surgery at Hartlepool's University Hospital and are said to be stable.
The 28-year-old was attacked outside the club after he had a row with his attacker. The 25-year-old was a bystander who saw what was happening and tried to intervene.
