YOUNG people across Teesside are being given the chance to have their say in a survey.
Connexions Tees Valley is sending out more than 80,000 questionnaires that will cover issues such as relationships and bullying. Martin Barrett, of Connexions, said: "It is a massive undertaking but we are determined to make sure the Connexions service is designed by young people for young people. To do this, we need to know the things that are important to the young people of Tees Valley."
CHOCOLATE SURPRISE: The Hillstreet Centre, in Middlesbrough, is running a competition for shoppers to win a three-foot chocolate Easter egg by guessing how many bars of chocolate it has taken to make it. Every person entering the competition will be given a fondant bear or bunny while stocks last. The competition continues until Monday.
CLUB QUIZ: A total of £456 was raised for Cancer Research UK at a quiz and supper evening at Guisborough Rugby Club. The event was organised by the Redcar and District Friends of Cancer Research UK. Jane Thompson, of Redcar, handed over a cheque for £1,200 she raised by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, in Tanzania.
STAUS QUO: People across Stockton are being reminded there will be no changes to their usual rubbish collection times over the Easter weekend.
