LOCAL artists will have a chance to show their work at The Bishop Auckland Discovery Centre's open art exhibition, which is being held for two weeks in July.
Paintings, drawings and sculptures of any subject or style will be considered as organisers hope to show as diverse a range of artwork as possible.
The deadline for exhibition hopefuls to submit work for consideration is Friday, July 11.
Each applicant must pay £1 per piece of work. Application forms are available at the centre during opening hours.
The centre, which is run by volunteers and supported by Groundwork West Durham, is just off the town's market place. It is open from Thursday to Saturday, between 11am and 4pm.
