WORK got under way this week on a £30,000 restoration of a Darlington park.
The Brinkburn Dene area of the town is being refurbished, with improved footpaths and facilities for visitors and local people.
The work is being carried out by Darlington Borough Council as part of a series of improvements to parks and cemeteries across the town.
