A Sedgefield hair and beauty salon is to feature in a fly-on-the-wall documentary series.
What hairdressers really say and do when the scissors are down will be revealed in the Tyne Tees Television series Hairdo.
The programme follows four salons in the North-East as they prepare for a hairdressing competition.
One of the salons featured is Evolution in Sedgefield village, owned by Darren Thacker and Sarah Jane Green.
Camera crews followed the progress of staff for eight weeks as they prepared to enter the North-East Hairdressing Championships. The cameras were also present for a staff night out in Durham.
The first of eight weekly programmes will be shown on ITV1 tonight, at 11.30pm.
