Bishop Auckland will be playing again at Shildon next season. There was speculation that Bishops wouldn't play at Dean Street in the new season after a proposed plan for the two clubs to share Tindale Crescent fell through.
But Bishops chairman Terry Jackson said: "It is obvious that we are really enjoying our football at Shildon and I do not think it is a place that many teams look forward to visiting. Also the pitch has stood up very well given that two teams are playing on it - it is certainly not the worst in the Division.
"We will be back at Shildon next season and we are already looking forward to it - in some respects Dean Street is better for the fans than Kingsway and the
atmosphere created by our upporters is fantastic. I know our supporters appreciate the way Brian's team plays and this inter-action does makes for enjoyable match days."
Gateshead were relegated to the First Division for the first time in their history when they lost 5-2 at Chorley in the play-off semi-final on Tuesday night. They took an early lead through Gareth McAlindon, but Chorley roared back to lead 4-1. Willie Moat pulled another back midway through the second half, but Chorley coasted to victory.
Gateshead's relegation and Spennymoor's promotion means that Bishop Auckland's local derby next season will be against Gateshead. Colwyn Bay and Hyde United are also relegated from the Premier Division.
Chorley will play Radcliffe Borough for a place in the Premier Division on Saturday.
Barrow are looking for a new manager following the resignation of Kenny Lowe because of work commitments.
