A YOUNG entrepreneur from Darlington will find out tomorrow if she has won a business award.
Louise Cauldwell, 22, from Darlington, set up her logistics company, Freight Forwarding, six months ago and already business is booming.
With several years of experience in logistics working for TNT at Teesside Airport, her business has already taken on one member of staff and is about to take on two more.
Miss Cauldwell recently won the Tees Valley Shell Livewire award for young entrepreneurs and is competing in the regional finals of the event tomorrow.
She has also been nominated for a young businesswoman award by Darlington Business Venture's Women into Business Awards, and she will find out on Friday if she has won.
Miss Cauldwell said: "I'm really nervous, but excited. As well as all the awards the business has come on leaps and bounds.
"I worked from home at first, but I have had an office for three months, and soon I will have another two members of staff working for me."
