GUISBOROUGH Motor Club held the second round of their summer trials series over a three-lap, ten-section course at Low Gill, Glaisdale last Saturday.
The later starters among the massive entry of 110 competitors had to contend with heavy rain as Tim Peace, riding a Gas Gas, took a good win. He parted with just 28 marks, 12 of which went at the second section, a steep climb round a massive rock with a slippery climb out.
Karl Dodderidge, who took the intermediate class on a Sherco, dropped ten of his marks here.
Another tough test was the hill climb at section five. Peace parted with nine here, Dodderidge dropped eight and Ian Hopley, who won the first round of the series, lost 15 on his Gas Gas.
