MOVES to improve facilities for breastfeeding mothers in a town centre are to be discussed on Wednesday.
The meeting, which is open to the public, takes place at Sure Start (North), Miers Avenue, Hartlepool, from 1pm to 2.30pm. Members of breastfeeding support groups and representatives from Middleton Grange Shopping Centre will be present.
Emma Tierney, Hartlepool Borough Council's health development officer, said: "It is important we get the views of as many parents as possible so that any improvements in facilities actually meet their needs."
A shopping centre spokes-man said: "This meeting is an ideal opportunity for us to understand how we can provide an even better service."
