Talented young musicians Isobel White, on harp, and cellist Anna Menzies can be heard in concert at Durham's DLI Museum and Art Gallery at Aykley Heads, on Sunday, at 2pm.

ANNUAL MEET: The annual meeting of Easington District Council takes place in the council chamber at the council offices in Seaside Lane, Easington, today, at 2pm. The new chairman, vice-chairman, leader and deputy leader of the council will be appointed following the recent election.
COMMUNITY HEALTH : The penultimate meeting of North Durham Community Health Council, to be abolished on September 1, takes place tomorrow in Conference Room 1, at Mountjoy Research Centre, on Durham University Science Park, off Stockton Road, Durham, at 10am. There will be no meeting next month and the final meeting will be on July 25.
WORKING WOMEN: The Durham branch of Soroptimist International, a women's organisation designed to advance human rights and the cause of women, is holding a conference at County Hall, Durham on Saturday. The Women Working Worldwide event runs from 10am to 4pm and seminars will take place throughout the day. People can register between 9.30am and 10am.
NEST EGG: The winners of an Easter egg competition run by the Chester-le-Street branch of the Universal Building Society have been named. Top prize went to eight-year-old Lily Stearman, with runners up Alex Yeatman, 11, Michael Charlton, eight and Christian Oliver, eight. All of the children were from Newker Primary School.
