A BREWERY has agreed to sponsor one of the region's youngest talents in the world of sport.
Camerons Brewery, of Hartlepool will sponsor Anne-Marie Perry, 15, who already has a number of successes in her chosen sport of dressage.
The teenager is a member of the British Under-16 National Pony Squad and is one of only four young people selected for a fast-track scheme for potential Olympic athletes under 18.
Anne-Marie, who attends Teesside School, Eaglescliffe, also has ambitions to represent Great Britain at all levels from Pony Squad to the Olympic team.
David Soley, managing director of Camerons, said: " As part of our sponsoring strategy, we are delighted to have been given the opportunity to team up with and sponsor one of the greatest young talents in the North-East.
"If we can help in some way to allow Anne-Marie to reach her goal of representing Great Britain in a forthcoming Olympic Games we, along with everyone in the North East, will be very proud of her."
