A man was beaten and robbed before being dumped in the street in just his trousers and socks.
Kevin Campbell was attacked during a drinking session with Stuart Little, 20, and Michael Green, 20, on November 15, last year.
Newcastle Crown Court heard how the pair pounced on Mr Campbell when he decided he wanted to leave Little's house at Dean Road, South Shields.
During the violent assault which followed, Mr Campbell's wallet, ring, earring, shirt and boots were taken.
John Wilkinson, prosecuting, told the court Mr Campbell was dumped, bloody and disorientated, in the street and was forcedto go to a stranger's house in the early hours to ask for help.
Little and Green, of Bergen Street, Sunderland, both pleaded guilty to robbery. They were each sentenced to two-and-a-half years in a young offenders' institution.
