A horse once put through it's paces by the Queen's trainer, is ready to show he has the potential to be a star again.
Ken and Heather Saddington, of Carlton Bank Stud, near Stokesley, North Yorkshire, have been told they have a real prize in their stable, in the shape of stallion Chase the Ace.
The problem is the couple have not got the money to pay for the overseas training in dressage that professional trainers agree the thoroughbred bay needs.
So they are looking for sponsorship to realise a dream.
Heather bought the horse - once owned by a sheikh and trained by Dick Hearn - four years ago, after his racing days were over. His potential for dressage was soon recognised by professionals visiting the farm.
Stokesley dressage instructor Kirsty Semple-Parrish said: "It's very important he has this training. There are hardly any at that level, let alone a stallion. And he has such a good temperament and is a good, moving horse.''
