A GROUP of local entrepreneurs are backing a campaign to increase awareness of the way Business Link can help Tees Valley firms achieve their goals.
They have benefited from the support of Business Link in a variety of ways in the past and are keen to spread the word.
Eye-catching press advertisements and a radio campaign have been commissioned, featuring testimonials from local business people ranging from the owner of a chain of fish and chip shops to a fashion designer.
Debbie Lee, communications manager at Business Link, said the campaign was aimed at people in business or who had ever thought about setting one up.
She said: "The campaign identifies some of the challenges faced by businesses whether start-ups or established companies, such as gaining new customers, accessing funding sources, innovation and staff development and highlights the ways in which Business Link has been able to help them to achieve their business goals."
The advertisements will feature in the local press throughout the year and on TFM radio during May, with a second phase starting in September.
