A CONFERENCE aiming to give advice to families with children who have special educational needs is taking place in the region.
The North-East Parent Partnership Services organisation is hosting the event on Thursday, June 5, at Ushaw Moor College, Durham.
The conference has been organised by the Darlington group's co-ordinator, Sue Wilson, and administration officer Victoria Lewis.
Places are still available and parents will be able to choose from 11 workshops.
There will also be information stands and a crech facility for pre-school children.
