WORKERS across the Tees Valley area are being urged to take up the Bite Size Challenge, giving them the chance to learn something new at no charge.
Training company ClickHere has thrown down the challenge as part of Bite Size Intros 2003, a national campaign run by the Learning and Skills Council that aims to help people change their lives through learning.
The challenge begins on Monday, June 23, and will run for three weeks, with ClickHere's trainers going into companies and providing free two-hour learning sessions.
Caroline Hughes, of ClickHere, said: "It's a chance for employees to learn about learning and for bosses to discover the many benefits it brings, without incurring any cost."
The Bite Size initiative has been successful for a number of years, but this year it is hoping to encourage more businesses to take part.
ClickHere is looking for ten companies to take part, with two-hour training sessions for groups of between six and eight people.
