A POPULAR shop is to open its doors once again for a week of frantic activity.
The outlet in Middleton, near Pickering, opens regularly for the area's charities.
From Monday, it will be the turn of Pickering-based charity The Wilf Ward Family Trust.
The trust, which helps learning and physically disabled people, will use money raised from the shop for its respite centre at Isabella Court, in Westgate, to provide necessities for service users and help complete a sensory room.
Last year, the shop, which stocks items such as toys, books, bric-a-brac and clothes, made more than £1,000.
Chris Wright, trust locality manager, said: "We are always fantastically supported and the shop is no exception."
The shop is open Monday to Friday next week, from 9am to 4.30pm.
