A 17-year-old North Tyneside youth admitted being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs. He was sentenced to a 12-month supervision order and 120 hours' community service.
A forefeiture and confiscation hearing at Newcastle Crown Court in July will determine whether any of the McElderrys' assets can be seized.
