A FELL walker from the North-East was rescued from a Cumbrian crag after breaking an ankle yesterday.
The 45-year-old man, from Chester-le-Street, County Durham, was given assistance by Langdale and Ambleside Mountain Rescue team on Brock Crags, at Low Pike.
He had stumbled while descending a path and was treated at a hospital in Kendal.
