YOUNG musicians will get a masterclass in brass before performing in a concert.
Players from Consett Junior Brass will work with White River Brass in a workshop in Consett Junior School.
White River is a six-piece made up of leading members of the Black Dyke Mills Band, including Sunderland University student Joe Cook.
Both bands will then perform at the Empire Theatre, in Consett, on Friday at 7.30pm.
