RESIDENTS at a Ferryhill home staged their own music hall tribute.
A Tribute to Music Hall Stars was performed by people living at Durham County Care's Feryemount Residential Home.
The idea for the project started around Christmas when occupational therapist Aileen Cruikshank and Create co-ordinator Janice Pearce got together with residents to recall memories of the old time music halls.
Residential manager Christine Callum said: "Over the months everyone has enjoyed taking part in reminiscing and remembering the stars of yesteryear.
"The music evoked many personal happy memories. Everyone was showing such promise and talent with singing and playing a variety of percussion instruments it was decided to create their own music hall show."
