A golf club in Durham has taken on its first teaching professional in more than 40 years.
Chris Calder, 42, has joined Mount Oswald from the Down Royal club in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
He will be introducing a service that will match golfers with the right clubs.
He said: "I think it will be popular. It took off very well in Northern Ireland.
I had my own custom fitting centre and people came from all over."
Club general manager Nigel Galvin said: "We believe it will be a facility that is popular in the Durham area."
