Community groups can find out how to get grants and funding at an exhibition in Newcastle later this month.
The Funders' Fayre takes place from 10am to 4pm on Thursday, June 19 at the Centre for Life in Times Square.
The exhibition, organised and funded by Newcastle's Single Regeneration Budgets Partnerships, the Newcastle Partnership and Newcastle Council for Voluntary Services, will give local voluntary and community groups the chance to get advice and information from prospective funding bodies.
Exhibitors include North West Partnership, Newcastle West Into Work, Newcastle Partnership, Money for Change, Going for Growth, Northern Rock, Community Foundation, and many more.
Bryan Allen, from the Crown Residents' Association, attended last year's exhibition and was later awarded more than £9,000 for a community garden in Newcastle city centre.
He said: "I received some constructive insight regarding the various funding available. The help I got, especially from Money For Change project officer Mike Robinson, enabled us to apply for funding from The Money for Change Program.
"A number of groups such as ours must go round in circles in the funding quagmire. This year I shall be there from the start, and again hope to get as much if not more out of it than last year."
