EXHIBITIONS and displays are being held in Hambleton and Richmondshire during National Carers' Week, which begins today.
Employers, community education officers, and carers centres hope to illustrate some of the issues which carers face every day.
The exhibitions will also highlight the kind of help which is available.
Displays outlining the options will be held at the libraries and career centres in Northallerton and Richmond, Northallerton College, Richmond School, and Easingwold School.
Thirsk Carers Support Group has confirmed that its annual summer lunch will be held at Brenk House Farm, at Coxwold, from noon on Thursday, June 19.
Tickets cost £6 and are available by telephoning (01845) 532115.
