PROJECT management and engineering design consultancy, White Young Green, has added a new division to its range of services as part of a strategic development programme.
The Facilities consultancy, part of the management services division, provides a professional service tailored to meet the needs of building owners and operators, to ensure maximum potential and value for money is realised from the property.
The consultancy is fully integrated into White Young Green, complementing the existing services offered, while in turn receiving back-up assistance from the expertise available in-house.
Bob Quinn, 46, joins White Young Green's Newcastle office as associate facilities consultant, to lead the new division.
He brings with him 25 years of experience, particularly in the delivery of hard services management, primarily mechanical, electrical and building fabric.
In his new role, Mr Quinn will be responsible for the development of the facilities consultancy in the North-East and Cumbria.
He said: "I am delighted to be joining White Young Green at a time when this new division is being launched. The company is very forward- thinking in its approach to servicing its clients."
