THE saucy tale of Moll Flanders will be told at venues around the region later this month.
Actress Susan Jinks plays the lead role in North Country Theatre's adaptation of the 18th Century romp, which sees its opening night at Richmond's Temple Lodge Gardens on Saturday, June 21.
The play then tours North Yorkshire, with performances planned in Kirklington; Markington; Middleham Castle; Newby Hall; Pickering Castle; The Green Dragon, at Hardraw; the Hambleton Forum, in Northallerton; Yarm Fellowship Hall; and The Garden, at North End, in Bedale.
The production then moves to County Durham, taking in Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle, before returning to North Yorkshire for a performance in Newton-le-Willows and a finale at Richmond Castle on Saturday, July 26.
