PRIMARY school pupils and staff are celebrating after receiving a glowing Ofsted report.
Government inspectors praised Ormesby Primary School, Ormesby for its rising standards and the determination to make sure every pupil has the support needed to achieve their full potential.
The report said: "From the excellent cook and caretaker to the very experienced and highly professional headteacher and his extremely conscientious staff, there is a deep commitment to do the best for all pupils."
The school, which has 370 pupils, including a 60-place nursery, fully integrated in three classes with reception children, has already drawn up an action plan to concentrate on improving junior boys' writing and subject co-ordinators monitoring.
