FOLLOWING the temporary closure of evening family planning clinics at Thornaby health centre patients are advised to attend alternative clinics instead.
Evening clinics, usually held on Tuesday and Thursdays, have been closed for a short period to enable security measures to be put in place at the health centre.
In the meantime, patients are being advised to attend any of the following clinics or contact the family planning service's advice line on (01642) 624274.
A clinic is being held at Lawson Street Health Centre, Stockton on Mondays from 6.30pm to 8pm, Wednesdays from 10am to 11.30am and 6.30pm to 8pm and on Fridays, 5pm to 6pm.
A clinic is also being held at the University Hospital of North Tees, Stockton, on Mondays from 6.30pm to 8pm and Fridays from 1.30pm to 3pm.
Billingham Health Centre is also holding clinics on Tuesdays from 10am to 11.30am and 6.30pm to 8pm and on Thursdays from 6.30pm to 8pm.
