PEOPLE have been urged to enter Richmond Town Council's gardening competition.
Douglas Bradbrook, of Rav-ensworth Nurseries, and Mike Pattison, of Richmond Farm and Garden Supplies, will be the judges. They will tour the entries on Wednesday, July 16. Classes include small, medium and large gardens, commercial premises and pubs.
Entry forms are available from Richmond Town Hall, which is open from 9.30am to 12.30pm, Monday to Friday. Forms must be returned by Wednesday, July 9.
A guided tour of the winning gardens has been scheduled for 2.15pm on Sunday, July 20. A £5 fee will be donated to charities chosen by Mayor of Richmond, Councillor Stuart Parsons.
