AEROBICS instructors, chiropodists, dentists and nurses have been making their way to a primary school this week, to help teach children about health.
On Wednesday, pupils at Framwellgate Moor Primary School took part in sponsored circuit training and aerobics classes led by instructors from Abbey Leisure Centre in Pity Me.
The school is holding a healthy school event all this week. They have already had a visit from a chiropodist and school nurse, who taught children about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Earlier in the week a dentist showed pupils how to look after their teeth.
The week will be rounded off with a school sports day today.
