A WORLD of music came to a small North-East primary school.
Asian dancers, African drummers, a samba band and singers of French songs all beat a path to Cromwell Road Primary School on South Bank in Middlesbrough.
The event was organised by the school as part of its One World Week and the children enjoyed four hours of entertainment.
Multi-cultural teacher Christine Serres said: "Throughout the week, our school is celebrating the rich diversity of cultures which we are so lucky to have in our community.
"The children and staff are taking part in a range of activities, including music workshops, storytelling sessions and classroom displays from around the world.
"This has been a real partnership effort from within and from outside the school."
