A FASHION display of styles from Third World countries is being staged by Durham University students in the town hall.
It will feature Fairtrade fashions from India, South America and Nepal.
The students co-ordinating the show belong to the University Anti-Sweatshop campaign and Speak, a prayer and campaign network which raises awareness on racial injustices. Support has come from a £500 grant from the North Eastern Co-op's community dividend fund.
The show starts at 6.45pm on Friday. Tickets are available from the World Gateway shop in St Nicholas Church, Durham, and include a programme and gift bag.
