STUDENTS tried their hands at arts activities from dance to tie-dying at a schools arts festival.
Belmont Comprehensive School in Durham held a three day arts festival on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (13th) last week, with more than 200 students and staff from the comprehensive and nine local primary schools taking part.
Workshops in dance, drama, digital photography, clay modelling, painting, drawing, music and tie dying.
The three day event culminated in a concert and display of the children's work.
