A PROJECT team that helps young people in council care will host an open day at its centre in Redcar tomorrow.
The Target Leaving Care team and the young people for whom it caters will talk about the service in the Target Resource Centre at 16 Milbank Terrace.
Team manager Sharon McBride said: "Target caters for young people aged 15 to 21 who are looked after, preparing to leave care, or are already living independently in the community."
Work to refurbish the centre, funded by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, has provided facilities for the young people to meet and take part in projects and discussions.
The centre is open during office hours. There are also some evening and weekend opening hours.
Friday's drop-in sessions will be held from 11am to 4pm.
